Virpil Red Toggle Cover - Standalone
These are 3D printed and my own design.
These toggle covers are specifically designed to fit on the red toggle switches found on Virpil Control Panels ONLY.
No adhesives or tools are required.
These will fit on the following Virpil Products:
CM2 Series Throttle
CM3 Series Throttle
Control Panel 1
Control Panel 2
SharKa-50 Panel
Each toggle cover is designed to have a unique feel to aid in button memorization and to help users in VR better navigate a control panel. Printed in a rigid, high-resolution resin to ensure a smooth finish and accurate fit without changing the feel or function of the switch itself by maintaining the “click” feeling you get when actuating the switches. There are 3 toggle covers with a “Long” designation in their name. These were designed to be used specifically with my Magnetic Flaps Detent Kit as it tends to hide the two little red toggles between the flap and throttle handles on the Virpil CM3 and CM2 series throttle units. Using the “Long” toggle covers on these two toggles will allow much easier access to them.
NOTE: The “L Shape - Long” toggle cover can hinder or block access completely to the red push button on the bottom right throttle handle in certain positions. The other “Long” toggle covers do not hinder access to that button at all.
